Don’t understand part of my bill
Please could someone help. I haven't asked for sky cinema and it is now on my account that it says I am being charged £5 for but also says I've been charged cancellation fee. I'm so confused.

It looks like they have charged you £5.97 for it but are giving you £6.97 back by way of a credit, I don't know how it got added but have you checked next months bill to see if anything Sky Cinema is on there and while you are at it I would check back on previous ones to see how long you have been paying for it,
