Disney+

I received an email to say I would no longer be charged for Disney+ and I would receive a refund for my payments but I am still paying for it

If you are still paying for Disney+ that would imply that the Disney + account you are being billed for hasn't been linked to your Sky account.  Have you followed the activation process as detailed here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/existing-or-new-disneyplus?irct=web-tv_disney-faq2 ?
