Disney+ will not upgrade
Hi,
I had a previous disney plus account which I had paid for the year.
I linked my Disney account with Sky and could see both subscriptions now on my Disney account.
Disney+ Standard - paid yearly by myself
Disney+ Standard with Ads - managed via Sky (free with Sky)
I tried to upgrade my Disney+ Standard with Ads via Sky but it keeps failing (see screenshot below)
I have tried using the website, MySky app and it always says we are having technical difficulties when I click confirm to upgrade after I have entered my credit card info.
I was in touch with Sky Ireland but they could not fix it and pointed my towards Disney.
I contacted Disney and they cancalled my yearly subscriptoin and gave me a refund for that subscription.
I then tried to upgrade the subscription via Sky again, but it failed with the same error.
Disney have pointed me back to Sky 😞
Has anyone hit this before and know how to get it resolved.
