Disney+ refund from Disney not received

Activated Disney+ in March followed all the instructions which included if purchased originally through Disney direct Do Not Cancel we would receive pro rata refund.

However even chasing with Sky help desk and promised refund should be received by 1st May Still No Refund

Hi @GCW26   The refund comes from Disney+, so you need to chase Disney+. I've been fighting Disney+ for my refund (annual subscription) but unfortunately the debit card that I had paid on was stolen, so the card is marked as fraud so completely blocked. They keep telling me the payment has failed but refuse to update my refund debit card to my current one! Almost given up.

Exactly the same here! Don't know where to go next in it which is a disgrace since it's over £100!
