Disney+ deactivation

Hi, I have mistakenly activated an old Disney+ account on Sky and can't find out how to deactivate it so that I can use the right account. Can anyone help?

You'll need to contact us at the bottom of this page to find out your Partner Customer ID.

Once you have that you'll need to contact Disney+ with this ID, as well as the email your incorrectly linked
