Disney+ / Sky subscription has stopped working
Hi,
I have just received this e-mail:
We're writing to let you know that your payment for your Disney+ subscription is overdue and your services will be cancelled.
You can view your bill and manage your payment details at sky.com/bill.
Thanks,
The Sky Team
----
I had an existing Disney+ subscription that I thought i had linked up. But when I go to the disney site I see this:
When I try to link it back up by going here:
sky.com/disneyplus-activate
But it's saying I don't have a subscription, and that a payment failed, however the rest of my payments have gone through.
What have I done wrong?
Lynsey

Re: Disney+ / Sky subscription has stopped working
Billing is done via Sky Marketplace so have you looked there to see what it says:
https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk
Or in the Mysky app on a phone or tablet:
Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Just had the same thing happen to me, and MySky just says renewal in process, and customer service were absolutely no help...
