Disney+ Duplicate Subscription

I signed up Disney+ via the SkyQ menu option last month. When directed by the SkyQ Menu Option, I carried on setting up my subscription via the Disney+ website (including adding my Bank Account details).

I have now been charged twice for Disney+ on my bank account, and I want to cancel one of the subscriptions (and get a refund), but keep the subscription for Disney+.

One of the amounts on my Bank is labelled "SKY MKT DISNEYPLUS" and "Disney Plus" (see screenshot from my Banking App). Both are for £12.99 from the same day (Nov 30th).

I don't care which one is cancelled, but my thinking is that it would be easier to contact Sky, rather than DisneyPlus direct. Does anyone know how to go about this?

Re: Disney+ Duplicate Subscription

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Can you not go back to back to the website and cancel that one. If not you might have to contact Disney themselves about this to see what they say.
