Disgusting

Absolutely disgusted that from 20th Nov till now, sky still havnt sorted my refund or adjusted my bill. And they still want me to pay my bill o clouding the portion that shouldn't be on it. DISGUSTING.

Hi @George+Erik  have you tried a formal complaint ? Sky have 8 weeks to resolve or you can go to the ombudsman.

Whilst the issue is being resolved do not be tempted to withhold payment.  That will not resolve it and will actually complicate matters.

 

We obviously can't see your bills nor know the history here (unless you wish to enlighten us) but some changes require a notice period and billing will continue as normal during that period (including a month in advance).  Subsequent bills will generate pro-rata credits.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

My point is, it's NOT being resolved. I've been lied too since the 20th November saying that they will sort it within 3 days. Oh and I've phoned them every week since then and get the same answer. In my book that is palming people off and hope they forget about it. Well I won't. Why should I. Different when they want money from customers.

I started my complaint 14 days after the 20th. Which makes it 4th December. And guess what I've heard?

So it hasn't been 8 weeks yet when if you have heard nothing you can ask for a deadlock letter that will allow you to take the complaint further as per this:

Well, well, well. Latest update from sky. After I phoned them AGAIN. They are now trying to say that the phone was not recieved back in its original state or there is something wrong with it, this was decided on the 27th of Nov yet never relayed back to me till today. If I didn't know better I'd say Sky are scamming me.
