Direct debit

My direct debit for my sky broadband failed on the 2-7-2026 as there wasn't enough funds in my account, When will they try again,Is it 10 day's as I now have enough funds to pay it today, Should I make a manual payment,Will my broadband be shut off

@R1  Sky normally try again 10 days after the failed payment, under no circumstances make a manual payment unless asked to do so by Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Any manual payment at this stage will just go as a credit towards next months bill leaving this one unpaid.
