Direct debit

Hi there can I change my direct debit date to 1st of the month please. My bill has returned as my payment date isnt near the date I get paid from work

If you are a new customer you have to let two payments go through before you can change the date.

 

See this link. Any change could also change the amount payable as a bill will end up being for a period longer than the usual 4 weeks.

If you are new to Sky you can not change it until your first two bills have been paid. If you are not new you might have to wait until this current one has been paid.

 

You can change the date via the MySky app or online here:

@HopeKilg   You can only change it after this months has been collected, you can do this through your Sky account, the community can't do this. https://www.sky.com/bill/
