Direct debit a mounts

My direct debit amount has changed shouldn't Sky have notified me about this?

@ChristineH13  They did, Annual prices rises are emailed to customers, length of discounts are advised when taken out.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky should inform customers when a discount ends at the time of negotiating it.

 

Sky have been sending out emails or letters to customers about the usual annual  April price increases since early March if not sooner. 

Perhaps compare this bill to a previous one to see where they differ.

@ChristineH13 if you are concerned about the amount on your bill, contact Sky directly. It's the safest way to ensure there hasn't been an error. It also gives you the opportunity to ask Sky if there is a way to reduce the monthly amount if it feels too high.
