Direct Debit

Hi, I keep receiving notifications from you telling me my monthly subscription hasn't been paid, I have updated my direct debit details several times via the app but somehow you are still not taking it and I have inocurred charges from you on several ocassions..  I have prove on my app showing the dates I updated my direct debit details.  

 

Please could you ensure my details are correct & maybe refund me the charges.

You may not be aware but you haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.

 

To discuss a potential refund of late payment charges you'd need to contact Sky.
