Direct Debit

Hi, I recently joined Sky Streaming. I set up a new direct debit and the first payment came out on 5 December 2025. After the payment had been taken I then used the My Sky App to change the account the direct debit comes out of to a joint account. The January payment has still not been taken from this new account and it now says overdue in the app.  What can I do about this please?

You can not make a change to the payment details until the 2nd bill has been paid which might why you are seeing the overdue message so have you tried restoring those payment details that the first payment was taken from as usually Sky will try again within 10 days to take it again.
