Direct Debit

I have tried setting up a direct debit for the last 3 months for my broadband and every month I get told to re-set up a DD. I have multiple direct debits from this bank account and Sky is not setting up. I am now being charged for missed payment. 

I cannot get through to a human at all and the bots are not helping!

Not a lot us other customers can do...

 

Assuming you're account is not in debt then you'll have to persevere in contacting Sky.  (If a debt is detected when you call then it will not let you proceed until it's paid)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

It won't let me pay. Does anybody know the best way to speak to a human?
