Direct Debit form will not even accept my name!

Latest problem with Sky; after a mess up by them on the bill, they cancelled the DD; after that was resolved attempting to set up new DD, and the 'name' box returns 'Incorrect name'.!

The only option here is to contact Sky again to see if they can get it set up for you.
