Difficult cancelling tv package
I'm trying to downgrade my sky package removing movies and sports as I don't watch them at all. I'm clear of any contract restrictions but when I try on phone it has me constantly going round in circles and not giving me the wrong options what's the easiest way I'm sick of trying on phone. Doesn't really surprise me they make it difficult to downgrade.

Re: Difficult cancelling tv package
@Homer71
To remove part of your TV package you need to give Sky 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or maybe try the messaging service
