Did no good

Even though money had gone from my bank for a free trial

 . Sky insisted I hasnt been charged. I even sent proof, they just closed my complaint

Did you give the required notice to cancel this trial which is 31 days for any TV package. As we are billed in advance you would have been billed for the following month but if you have now successfully cancelled the trial you should see a credit on your account for the payment that was taken of which you can call Skybyo refund it back to you.
