Device return bill
Hi sky,
i want to know that i got a bill from sky of £39 for mobile device which is return by me and also got confirmation of getting device by sky.so, why i pay this amount

This might have happened if this bill was created before you returned the device as our bills are created 14 days earlier so once the device has been processed you might see a credit on your account for this amount that you have paid.
Why were you returning the device, was it part of a swap/upgrade, if so the above applies.

Hi sky,
I don't pay yet but it wil be direct debit on 26 November so that's why i text you. I returned that device because i got new apple phone from Apple Store so that's why by the way I respect your services and loyalty with customers

I don't work for Sky as you can see as this is a customer helps customer forum.
If you can cancelled your mobile did you do this within the first 31 days after receiving it ?
