So to be clear you are trying to change the email address that is on your account as the household/communication one and if one that you might use as part of the login to the app ?

And what is happening when you try to change it, do you see an error message ?

I have changed it, but it's still showing. I am concerned that the hacker can still use it.

If you have changed it via your Sky account then nobody but you will have access to it via your Sky account.
