Default on my credit file

I have just checked my credit file to discover Sky have placed a high impact marker for non payment in January, however I have proof I made the payment in December and January. 
I refuse to call Sky customer service as I get nowhere, has anybody had the same issue or can offer some advise?

@Stevens1982 I believe you need to speak to the credit reference agency to report that it's incorrect.

Where these manual payments as opposed to automated ones?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
