Your post looks like you didn't finish it. 

Do you mean you've alread paid a non return charge to Sky? 

Have you contacted to the Debt Recovery company?

You can't 'pay for a box'.

As per the contract, even if you pay the non-return charge the box is stilled owned by Sky and is still their property.
