Debt

Hi, I have a £1000 default account. No agency is showing anywhere, and nothing appears on my credit file. If you don’t know which agency holds it, it means the account is still with Sky. I no longer live at my previous address—please send all correspondence to my current address. I want to settle this via monthly payments. Please escalate to the Sky Credit Management / Back-Up Team and confirm the account status so I can set up a repayment plan.

Hi @Chy1999   Unfortunately, as far as we know, there is no particular team numbers. You will have to phone the central number and then try to navigate to the correct team. You can simply expand "Need more help" from most of Sky's help pages for a number (which are blocked in this community). Alternatively, try the social media links at the bottom of this page.

Look I have been mailing, calling, chatting I do have legal rights to know my current debt collection agency I will really appreciate it you connect me to the right place I am desperately looking for it please its my rights no know

As this is a public forum of other customers no one here will know - so all we can say is you either need to phone the general Sky customer services number on the website or reach out to the Sky Help Team on social media and see if they can direct you.

As advised we are customers here, we can't connect you to anyone regardless of your rights!

 

These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.

Note If you’re in the ROI make sure the flag in the bottom right of the link is showing the correct flag and change if required.
