Debt adjustment

Hello I hope you can help me, I set up a payment plan with a debt company for the a few bills I missed on my contract and the amount I have to pay was £135 now they have added on an extra £250 without informing me, why have they done this? All it says is 'balance   adjustment '

What have the debt collection agency said it's for?
