Death:contact number

My mother and father both died and i discovered an overdue bill from Sky. I am trying to contact them by phone as that is a recommended route offered by Sky . However, the website takes me round and round in circles and i cannot find the number on which to call Sky. I think it might be because Sky require a payment for an overdue account first - which seems a bit odd given that my parents are both dead and would not have accessed the service. Can anyone please provide a number on which to call and resolve this issue?

@Mary_Deceased

Sorry for your (double) loss.

See this link about notifying Sky in these circumstances.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/deceased-sky-account-holder

It provides a Message option (available from 0900) and a dedicated phone number. Not sure how successful you'll be with the account being in arrears.
