Hi we had some sky engineers out on the 8th Jan 2025 for a fault. The sky cable was replaced by the engineers which sat in the guttering on my conservatory. The Gentleman was pulling the cable from the ground level with force and he has caused the corner piece to become unattached to the straight run. Normally I would refit this myself. But since the engineer knew he damaged it and walked away as if nothing happened I would like this refitted by sky. I found all this out as my neighyseen him do it and even spoke with the engineer who wasn't bothered. I look forward to your reply.
Thanks
Kelvin
