Currently struggling with paying our bill.

We are currently outstanding £325.00 ,we are unable to speak to Customer Services to stop our current service to stop incurring more cost.  Our services is currently  suspended but we am unable to speak to anyone physically to make solid arrangement in paying off the outstanding bill, we keep getting the automated message to pay the whole amount which we currently dont have. Any suggestions?

I'm afraid if your services have been restricted, before Sky reinstate them you will have to pay what is owed and also set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will need to pay the next bill as well. Any calls to Sky are likely to direct you to make a payment.

If you can’t pay it all in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant (and it takes longer over weekend when banks are closed).
