That will not happen as we are customers here who help each other.

 

You can see your current package via your bill which is viewable via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

On the above link you can download a copy of your bills in the pdf format.

That won't happen, You haven’t contacted Sky by posting here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to assist other customers.
