Credit
Had loss of signal all through Christmas etc So no pictures at all. Bill has now automatically paid via bank etc for FULL amount. Do sky not give any sort of credit for time without viewing/ signal loss

hi @JSlam
SKY do not give automatic refunds but often wll give some form of refund from the date they are notified to when it is fixed but this needs to be raised with them.

If you speak to them about this then they might apply a credit to your account for the number of days you had no service. This credit will then be used against a future bill.
