I have a credit refund in my account and i have cancelled direct debit after closure of my previous account. When and how the amount will be reimbursed to me? We have moved to new address now.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreWithout a direct debit in place, Sky has no way to refund the credit to your bank and will need to raise a cheque. That will doubtless take an extended time to organise.as it's a manual process requiring authorisation.
