Credit to account

My account shows I've been credited 41 pound, how do I get that to return to my bank account? 

I've also been waiting on a final bill from sky to be given to me , which I've requested and been told I won't have one but my new provider wishes to see one. Possible to boost my post?

Refunds usually take up to 6 weeks after your services have stopped. If you account is showing as a credit we can escalate to the Sky Messaging team who should be able to get the refund processed within 3-5 working days. Let us know if you want this escalated.

Sky typically won't issue any special final bill. You last itemised bill from www.sky.com/bill will be where to find your bill. You can save or print this as a PDF if you access the bill via a desktop computer or laptop.

I’ve escalated your post to Sky and their Messaging Team should contact you later or possibly tomorrow now.

You need to watch out for a post from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.
