Credit returns

I have just left sky as I can no longer afford the prices and have a better deal with another provider. I have returned my equipment and would like to know when my credit will be paid into my bank account

It can take quite a while to be automatically refund but if you can confirm that you have left the payment details in place we can ask Sky's messaging team on here to contact you about this as they can help with this which should mean the credit is refunded by this time next week at the latest.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

After I spoke with someone last week about this , I was told it would be refunded into my account by 3 -5 working days. Still waiting

As Monday was a bank holiday in the UK, day 5 is potentially Monday 11th.

It is 3-5 working days, so even if the refund was processed on the day the chat invite was sent then

  • day 1 Tuesday 5/5
  • day 2 Wednesday 6/5
  • day 3 Thursday 7/5
  • day 4 today Friday 8/5
  • day 5 Monday 11/5
