Credit refund

Please can somebody help me with this and escalate it to the Sky team - I still have not had the credit on my account reimbursed and it is now 8 weeks.

Hi @Schnoodle   Unfortunately the escalation process has been turned off, I'm afraid that you will have to contact Sky direct.
