Credit refund

Hello,

 

I've recently switched broadband providers away from Sky.

You've received my broadband equipment around two months ago.

There is £40 credit on my account. Please could you escalate my refund? There isn't an option to do this within my account.

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

 

We could normally escalate this to Sky on here via their Messaging Team but unfortunately the process is currently switched off and we don't know when it'll return.

 

At present you will need to contact Sky and speak to an agent by other means; through social media, Sky Assistant or by calling in perhaps. Saying nothing when asked the reason for your call usually helps in getting put in the queue for an agent.
