Credit refund

I would like the credit back that I am owed from sky. It seems like this is an issue for many customers. Please can someone action this asap.

We can arrange some help for you if you can confirm what this credit from so is it due to an overpayment, compenation credit or because you have left Sky ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.

What do you mean by Sky charged too much? Did you make an unnecessary manual payment?
