Credit refund

How long should I wait for the refund? 

 

I have just left sky a few days. But, there is no information about refund from sky.

If your payment method is still active on your Sky account refunds usually take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection. If your payment method has been cancelled Sky will have to manually raise a cheque (usually involving a back office team) and post it to you so it’ll take longer.
