I left sky broadband quite some time ago and due to issues with my address and the phone line it has taken a long time to actually cancel and I now have £93 and some pence of credit on my broadband bill. Unfortunately I have different bank details now due to my bank being closed and I can't find a way to change these on my account, only for my active contracts, and the advisor I just called said they can only refund it to the details they already have. Can someone tell me how I change the details to get the refund?
