Credit refund taking months

Hi. I moved away from Sky in mid-September and still haven't had my credit refund - the amount of £65.93 is showing in my Sky account but the credit is just being shifted from one month to the next. The payment method I used with Sky is still valid. Can anyone help?

You will need to either call them or use social media to contact them about this because once they have refunded this to you it should be back in your account within 5 working days.

Thank you - I messaged them on the Sky Help Team page on Facebook and (after getting around a useless bot) had a helpful chat with a real person who was able to get this sorted quite quickly.
