Credit refund required

I have a credit on my account due to automatic compensation, although I have raised a dispute re this as amount is much less than should be. But I would like this credit paid to my bank account irrespective of the dispute

You could call Sky and ask about refunding to your bank but auto compensation is usually credited to your Sky Broadband/Talk account and used for future payments so don't be surprised if Sky say no.
