Credit refund due?
My Sky Broadband contract ended on 11th July, despite it ending they have taken another payment totalling the amount of £56, it looks like I'm going to be credited the amount on 11th August but is this amount going to be refunded to me? Thank You.

Re: Credit refund due?
That is normal as bills are generated 14 days before the payment date (at which point you were still a customer).
Refunds then take the standard 6 weeks from your last day of connection.
Once the overpayment is showing as a credit we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here if you wish. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.
Additionally if your payment method has been cancelled Sky will either have to reinstate your payment method or manually raise a cheque via a back office team and post it to you so it’ll it further delayed.
Before we can escalate it to Sky please confirm whether the payment method is still active.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards and NOT via Direct Messaging
