Hi,
I have the same issue.
I've left sky on 26th of April and still didn't receive my credit left on the account. Already called Sky two times, I think they are all confused why I didn't receive it by now.
Can you please help me?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I've received a refund of £7.62 after speaking with support, but my account is in credit of £27.87. Could someone assit please?

Refunds can take up to 6 weeks from your last day of connection providing the payment method is still active on your Sky account. This will take longer if the payment method has been cancelled as Sky will have to manually raise a cheque and post it to you.
If you wish we can help get it refunded within 3-5 working days via the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if that’s what you want to do but please confirm in your reply it’s currently showing as a credit on your Sky account.

Thanks for the reply. I spoke to a Sky customer service representative and the credit is being applied to my billing account in 3-5 days.
