Credit on old broadband, can't order new products

Hi I tried to order sky glass, but for some reason my old broadband account is £1.50 in credit and it's asking me to pay this off before I can order any other product? Little confused over this , could someone please have a look Into this

@SP00K5

You as a customer or even a former customer do not pay a credit off so what actually does this message say as it is up to Sky to refund the credit back to you.
