Credit not applied

On 11.08.25 I spoke to an advisor on the phone. I was given a £15 credit and I asked if this would be applied to this months bill (19th August) and I was told it would be. I keep checking my app and the credit hasn't been applied at all!!!!!

Your bill due tomorrow (19/08/25) was actually generated on or about the 05/08/25 so it's more likely to be applied as a credit on your September bill.

@Mrs+Donna+Torleif given the fire t debits are sent to your bank around 14 days before the due date any credit could not be applied to this months bill. There can be acdelay in credit amounts showing up but check your Sptember bill before compkaining to Sky. If they query the credit give the date and if possible time of the call when the amount was offered so Sky can check the recording
