Credit moving from Q to Glass/Stream

I've got a credit balance on my old Sky Q account that has been there for 3 billing cycles.  It says it will be applied to future bills but doesn't say when or what the process is.

Are you also a Sky Broadband customer because if so the credit can be used to pay or part pay this bill.

@trevforum  Q credit isn't transferred to your Glass account, if you have Sky Broadband it will be used against that, if not you can request a refund.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I'm with BT Broadband but I have Sky Mobile.  As I expected I'll have to call Sky then.

You don't need to call if you don't want to @trevforum as we can get Sky messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow about the refund if you would prefer.

Thanks @caesarome but I think I'll try my luck with a getting a discount on something at the same time for my trouble.
