Credit e mail

Hi

I have received an e mail regarding my late dads account, saying he's in credit. I have tried to ring the number on the e Mail, but to received a cheque to his address that the account was at I will need the sky account details which I do not have any more.

The account was cancelled 2 years ago and sadly dad passed away last year so the bank account is no longer in use as well.

Can anyone help please with a different phone number or any details of what to do next.
