Credit balance

I have just noticed I have a balance carried forward of £143.60 what does this mean?

and do I owe this money or do sky owe me it

Balance carried forward is usually what you owe however if it mentions it as being a credit then it is what is owed to you want clarification feel free to post an image of this bill but if you do make sure your blank out your name and account number and any other personal stuff like phones numbers.

Thanks for posting the image @Ellis18 , as you can see it is a credit so it is what is owed to you which is why the amount Sky will take from you on that future bill is £0.00 as they will take the bill from the credit and the same should happen next month until the credit has been used up.

 

If you want it refunding can you confirm why you are in credit, have you been manually paying bills or have you returned a device and this is what is owed to you from it ?

I'm happy for it to just be used for my bills as it makes it easier for me. also have paid my recent bill manually.
