Credit Refund / Understanding My Bill

My broadband is £52.00 a month, but this month Sky shows £105.73 on my total bill. Statement was normal as every other month. I paid manually by mistake, and Sky took £211.46) and now I'm in credit £105.73 for next month. How do I get a refund? And why have they charged me £105.73?.
