SKY trying to charge me £125 for not returning equipment that I clearly don't need or want. I follow the instructions and arrive at Royal Mail, complete the details and then I select "Create Your Label", nothing happens??? Tried Chrome, and Edge. Previously was chased repeatedly by phone but had given my date of birth, and because they had it wrongly they wouldn't speak with me, yet repeatedly called me and told me they couldn't speak to me. Can someone just help me here and get SKY off my back and explain how to get the label created. The box has been sitting around for several months, the first time I went to the Post Office to return, they advised they had my address on the parcel so would be sending it back to me...

Failing that, I would suggest writing to explain the issue. Sky can't talk to you on the phone etc if they can't verify your identity, and they won't take your call if they deem your account to be in arrears because you haven't paid the £125. Or you could wait until the matter is passed to a debt collection agency and deal it via them.
Or you could try contacting Sky via their social media pages (Facebook, X) but you may have the same issue re identification.
