Contract
I got a call thinking i was getting my whole contract recontracted after i agreed guy told me it was just tv package i dont want to upgrade tv package i wish to cancel that and recontract whole package

If you are sure this call was from Sky so did they ask you for your telephone password, you will have to call Sky yourself as we are customers here who help each other.
