Contract without consent

I am currently facing significant challenges with Sky after being entered into a new contract without my consent after accepting two months of Sky Sports and Movies from an engineer  visit to fix a fault. Their process for escalation is continually blocked, making it difficult for customers to raise their concerns. [Removed]
