Contract renewal

My contract is ending next month. I did get message on sky app about renewal but the link doesn't work. Tried via app to change contract but this poorly developed uselss app by sky doesn't allow me to do that. Sky website is also painful and doesn't allow contract renewal.

In this world they are the first company who doesn't provide contact numbers which we can call. Their chat agent is just chat agent and not useful.

Any help on how to get in touch with sky support team for renewal?

Call Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn't allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.

All calls will start automated (aka 'the bot') which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.

If you go in to my Sky app and click on the "help" section you will find various options  and going though thou various menues about your  account ect  then upgrading and downgrading ect if either of those can't help on line there is another option when you press the downgrading option that comes up with blue  box saying "call"  pressing that give you a phone number to call.
